TechServe Excellence Award Winner 2021

The TechServe Excellence Awards serve to recognize and celebrate IT & Engineering Staffing firms, which through outstanding performance, have demonstrated a clear commitment to excellence. This year ProFocus was awarded the Excellence Award at the 2021 TechServe Alliance Executive Summit. The TechServe Alliance Executive Summit was a conference exclusively designed for owners, executives, managers, and emerging leaders of IT & Engineering Staffing and Solutions firms.

After a packed two and a half days talking about the industry’s most critical topics—from untapped talent pools and DEI to internal staff development and legal mining—our executive team showed up ready to listen, learn, and collaborate.

Our very own VP of Client & Talent Services, Jennifer Waldrip, led a roundtable discussion at the Women’s Luncheon. The table discussions ranged from preparing for the great resignation, what we can do to support women in our industry, ensuring pay equity at all levels, enlisting our male allies, being your own career champion, building confidence, creating succession plans, paving an equitable path for the next generation and more.

After inspiring keynotes and abundant networking opportunities over food and drink, TechServe’s CEO Mark Roberts closed the Summit with an inspiring and reaffirming message of growth for our industry. ProFocus is optimistic as we look towards the future. The knowledge gained at events like this helps us better understand the industry and deliver for our clients and candidates. We are thankful to the entire ProFocus team for helping us achieve so much in 2021.
