Our Health Insurance provider is Providence Health Plan, rated No. 1 among health insurers in customer satisfaction within the greater Portland metropolitan area. ProFocus pays $200 of the single employee premium.
We offer three plans:
- Providence Balance Gold Plan with a $1,500 individual deductible, $3,000 for a family.
- Providence Balance Silver Plan with a $3,500 individual deductible, and just $35 copay for office visits in the Providence Network
- Providence Connect Silver Plan with a low monthly individual cost of $168
Employee Assistance Program
Providence also supplies our Employee Assistance Program. You can get up to 3 face-to-face counseling sessions free of charge to help you deal with personal and work pressures, including major life events. You can also access legal and financial services for free via telephone as part of this program.

Our Vision and Dental Plans are offered through Ameritas.
Disability and Life
ProFocus provides Employer-Paid Short-Term Disability Insurance and Life/AD&D Insurance through Unum.
Saving for the future? Our 401K plan allows you to defer funds from your salary and to direct the level of investment risk you are comfortable with. ProFocus absorbs the lion’s share of the service fees. Yes, rollovers are allowed.
Banking and Financial
ProFocus’ corporate membership with OnPoint Community Credit Union gives you access to several great benefits, including free interest checking, a quarter point off loans, discounts on mortgage closing costs, and a quarter point boost on CDs.

To qualify and maintain Medical, Dental, Vision benefits through ProFocus you are required to work, on average, 32+ hours per week. These benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment. All other benefits available for all consultants even if working fewer hours and are available immediately.
Weekly payroll deductions will be taken if you opt to enroll.
*Please note that these benefits are available for W-2 Employees of ProFocus. Consultants who are Corp-to-Corp or have payroll through IES are not eligible – please ask us for more details.
