Health Insurance

As of July 1st, 2023, our Medical Insurance is offered through United Health. There are five plans to select from and detailed summaries are available upon request. ProFocus pays $250 of the single-employee premium.

Employee Assistance Program

Unum also supplies our Employee Assistance Program. You can get up to 3 face-to-face counseling sessions free of charge to help you deal with personal and work pressures, including major life events. You can also access legal and financial services for free via telephone as part of this program.

We’ve negotiated low cost plans for you to assure quality care for you and your family.

Disability and Life

ProFocus provides Employer-Paid Short-Term Disability Insurance and Life/AD&D Insurance through Unum.

401K with Match

Saving for the future? Our 401(k) plan allows you to defer funds from your salary and to direct the level of investment risk you are comfortable with. ProFocus even offers a match for eligible consultants. Yes, rollovers are allowed.

Banking and Financial

ProFocus’ corporate membership with OnPoint Community Credit Union gives you access to several great benefits, including free interest checking, a quarter point off loans, discounts on mortgage closing costs, and a quarter point boost on CDs.

Continuing Education

Still learning? Our Continuing Education Program offers reimbursement of up to $300 a quarter for any courses or certifications you complete that are related to your career.

  Eligibility

To qualify and maintain Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and STD benefits through ProFocus you are required to work, on average, 32+ hours per week. These Benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Some other benefits are available immediately, even if working fewer than 32 hours per week. Payroll deductions will be taken if you opt to enroll. Please see Employee Handbook and Benefits Summary for waiting periods and other requirements. 

*Please note that these benefits are available for W-2 Employees of ProFocus. Consultants who are Corp-to-Corp or have payroll through IES are not eligible – please ask us for more details.
