ProFocus embraces remote work. All ProFocus Team Members have the flexibility to work remotely based on their own individual preferences. You get to decide how much you work in the office or at home.
While we embrace remote work, some situations will require presence in the office. Most often this will be to help with new hire training and shadowing, new team members ramping, as well as to attend various in-person company meetings or events. Some roles may require more presence in the office than others, but this is addressed on a position-by-position basis.
