OVERVIEW:
- ProFocus is searching for an enthusiastic customer service and support representative for a small group supporting their companies software and its customers.
LOCATION:
- Vancouver, WA
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-5 Years’ Experience in Software Customer Support
- Basic SQL skills – must be able to write a structured SQL query w/o googling how to write one
- Background check and Drug Screen
