TITLE: Sr Business Systems Analyst

TITLE:  Sr Systems Administrator

LOCATION: Hybrid within Oregon, Washington and Colorado

OVERVIEW:

  • ProFocus is searching for a talented Systems Administrator who can bring with them best practices and successful experience as it relates to Azure, Office 365, and related networking concepts.
  • This is a full-time position with a targeted salary of  $110,000 with flexibility depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of administrating cloud-based systems and tools in native or hybrid cloud deployments – ideally with Azure core services, OKTA single sign on integration and Office 365.
  • 4+ years in system administration overall with Microsoft Window’s networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policies, File and Print Sharing, etc..)
  • 3+ years of experience assessing, deploying configuring and troubleshooting services in Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, PowerBI)
  • Prior experience with migrating users and content from other Office 365 tenants or earlier on premise versions of Exchange and SharePoint.
    • Must be able to provide multiple use cases and scenarios where they have migrated content into Office 365 from other sources.
  • Experienced in PowerShell
  • Effective communication skills that can help share knowledge, mentor team members and provide top notch customer service with various stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • This is an Senior level Business Systems Analyst role
  • This position is responsible for providing business systems analysis and defining the direction of systems analysis, as well as proposing effective solutions in support of business strategies.

  • This Sr BSA leads Agile ceremonies and scrum and sprint planning, Performs QA, manages inbound request queue, facilitate collaboration ad engagement at all levels of the organization.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5 years of experience as Business Systems Analyst required
  • 3+ experience with MS SQL Server
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Have proven experience with EDI compliance required
  • Experience working in a large, cross functional organization is ideal but not required
  • Previous work experience in healthcare sector is ideal but not required
