  • ProFocus is hiring for a contract to hire engagement for an SDET professional who has experience developing software and being involved in continuous integration and release.


  • Downtown Portland

Position Details

  • Create automated tests.
  • Be involved in continuous integration / release processes.


  • Experience with Test Driven Development
  • Experience with Continuous integration
  • Excellent coding skills in one or more scripting languages. Preferably Python, Ruby or Java
  • Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) processes and frameworks

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Cucumber methodology
  • Experience with functional programming patterns and languages (not limited to, but including Haskell, Erlang, Clojure & Scala)
  • Experience with Cloud Native application development and operations, including micro service and serverless architectures
  • Familiarity with Docker
  • Familiarity with AWS
