TITLE: Scrum Master
LOCATION: Beaverton, Oregon
PAY: Target pay for this role is $60-70 per hour but may vary based on experience.
OVERVIEW:
- ProFocus is searching for a talented and charismatic Scrum Master for a long term W-2 contract with benefits with our client in Beaverton, Oregon.
- This is a Mid-Sr level Scrum Master role with great pay with great work/life balance. Please email us your resume so we can discuss.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Ability to manage multiple projects of medium to large scale through all sprints/iterations and phases of the project
- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, refinement, retrospectives, sprint/release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with VersionOne, Jira, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Slack and Outlook
- Enterprise experience if highly preferred
- Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment. We do not sponsor work visas.
PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrate equivalent experience
- Previous work experience in data analytics or supply chain
