Job Description
- Working substantially in Visualforce in a mature and complex Salesforce environment, design and implement solutions that improve our customer facing portal and internal customer support workflows
- Follow an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support processes
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, and formulas
- Manage Salesforce integration with existing systems and third-party providers
- Build SFDC reports to support evolving data analysis requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor degree required
- 2+ years APEX programming experience
- 2+ years Visualforce programming experience
- Understanding of the Salesforce Community Cloud
- Salesforce.com certification(s) highly preferred
- 4+ years HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end development
- Salesforce Lightning experience desired
- Demonstrated understanding of SFDC general data model and platform
- Ability to create and modify page layouts, custom objects, reports and dashboards
- Experience with iterative design and testing
- Strong technical communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
