- 3+ years of technical support experience that includes eCommerce experience
- Experience with incident response and standard industry practices
- Expertise in problem ticket management, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Can work well under pressure
