Data Scientist – R Shiny | Portland, Oregon

POSITION TITLE

• Data Scientist

OVERVIEW:

• ProFocus is searching for a Data Scientist to work with R Shiny for a long term contract engagement at our client which is a large company in Beaverton Oregon.
• This is an experienced level role with great pay and is responsible for working with an analytics tool on the R Shiny platform.

LOCATION:

• Beaverton, OR

POSITION DETAILS

• Work with an analytics toolkit on large data sets.
• Build, train, score, tune, and maintain predictive models.
• Analyze data, develop hypothesis, and make recommendations
• Work on cross functional teams

TARGET PAY

• Target pay for this role is between $67 and $82 per hour.

  REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in Data Science
• 1+ Year experience with R Shiny.
• Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment. We do not sponsor work visas.

PREFERRED

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degrees
• Experience working in a enterprise organization
• Previous work experience in supply chain or logistics
