OVERVIEW:
ProFocus is hiring a Data Analyst – HR for a great company in Vancouver, WA. A passionate and enthusiastic team is looking for a self-starter, hardworking data analyst with the ability to gather requirements, and work with multiple departments.
LOCATION:

Position Details
- As a Data Analyst, you will work on reporting and analytics within the HR team. Gather requirements, create SQL Queries – joins and tables, create presentations and views, create BI reports from HR Data and be the point of contact for other departments who request reports/analytics.
Must Have:
- Oracle
- BusinessObjects
- SQL Query experience
- Ability to create views and presentations
Nice to Have:
- PowerBI
- HR and/or Healthcare experience
- Oracle Analytics
