TITLE: Customer Service Analyst
LOCATION: Portland, OR
PAY: Target pay for this role is $60,000 – 65,000 but may vary based on experience.
OVERVIEW:
- ProFocus is searching for a Customer Service Analyst for a direct hire role at a growing company in Portland, OR
- This is a Junior – Mid level Analyst role and is responsible for requirements documentation and gathering. Please email us your resume so we can discuss.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 5+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Business Analyst
- Requirements Gathering and Documenting
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment. We do not sponsor work visas.
PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or demonstrate equivalent experience
- Experience working in a Cross functional organization
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing
