Rachael works closely with our clients and consultants as a Client Solutions Manager. Rachael was drawn to ProFocus for their specialty in technology and personal touch that stands out when compared to larger agencies. During her career, she has found success by taking the time to understand someone else’s ‘micro and macro’, finding the areas of overlap, and presenting a pathway to the desired solution. This requires her to be adaptable, flexible, and constantly learning – keeping it fresh!

When she’s not at work, you can find Rachael on the trails either hiking, biking, running, walking, camping, or off-roading with a piece of pizza in hand. As a New York native, the pies anywhere else are hard to beat – what are your favorite pizza spots in Boise?
