Talent Vetting Process

We focus extensively on in-depth information gathering and pre-closing the following areas so candidates are ready for the next steps in the hiring process. This helps to ensure a smooth offer acceptance and on-time start:

    • Skills – What are their core skills & skill levels within each technology? What projects have they done using those skills?
    • Location – Where are they located and where are they willing to work?
    • Opportunity – What’s most important to them in their next role? Career goals? What culture/environment is best suited for them?
    • Compensation – What pay and benefits do they need?
    • Availability – What times can they interview? When could they start?
    • Job History – What did they achieve & learn in previous roles? Why did they leave?
    • Must Haves – What would it take for them to accept a position with our client
