Neil Hefty 

Talent Solutions Director

Neil leads our sales and recruiting teams, including providing staff leadership, development, and training. Neil has been in IT/Tech Staffing for over 10 years as a recruiter and then an account manager, with extensive experience at one of the largest tech staffing companies in the world.

He’s been with ProFocus since the beginning and values maintaining relationships with our clients and candidates. Neil is most passionate about learning about all the different jobs people have, what people do on a day-to-day basis, and the technologies, tools, and methodologies that they have experience in from their career.

Neil is a native Oregonian, having grown up around the west side of Portland and graduating from Sunset High School in 1998. He currently lives in Cedar Mill with his family. Neil has held a number of hobbies over the years, however, golf, piano, chess, and cooking are his current favorites. He loves hanging out with his family, friends, and enjoying a good IPA.

Neil also is involved with the Cub Scouts, is a Youth Soccer Coach, and PTC Volunteer.
