People Resources Lead

Madeline plays a key role in supporting and assisting the ProFocus team. She works closely with all departments including HR, administration, accounting, marketing, recruiting and sales. Madeline comes from a development background focused in higher education fundraising and public relations. Her years of experience in program and campaign management contribute to the company’s continued operational excellence.

Originally from Welches, Oregon, Madeline enjoys spending time on Mt. Hood whether it’s a sunny weekend at Timothy Lake or a cold and clumsy day snowboarding. When Madeline isn’t enjoying Oregon’s seasonal fun, she can be spotted cheering on her favorite teams like the Oregon Ducks or the Portland Trailblazers. She also enjoys trying out new recipes for her family and friends!
