Jenny is a versatile and strategic people and operations leader with over a decade of experience building scalable systems across HR, recruiting, finance, and business operations. Known as a “Swiss army knife” within high-growth teams, Jenny thrives at the intersection of people, process, and data — seamlessly moving between designing DEI strategies, managing month-end close, implementing HR and payroll systems, and delivering high-impact employee programs.
Jenny’s career spans roles in accounting, talent planning, HR project management, and operations leadership. She’s led company-wide initiatives including DEI roadmaps, onboarding programs, performance tools like The Predictive Index, and finance automations. Whether coordinating events remotely or implementing a new ATS, she brings structure, clarity, and calm execution to complex, cross-functional challenges.
A champion of continuous improvement, Jenny is equally comfortable building new programs from scratch or optimizing what already exists. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, analytical thinking, and a strong drive to create environments where people can thrive and companies can scale.
She holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Brigham Young University. Jenny is also certified in talent acquisition (SHRM), The Predictive Index, and is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor — a reflection of her belief in whole-person wellness at work.
When she isn’t at the office you can find her working with houseplants, doing hot yoga, or volunteering with a few LGBTQ+ organizations in Utah such as Pride Utah and Project Rainbow!
