Vice President, Managing Partner
James has been in executive-level roles at both private and non-profit organizations since 2009. He takes pride in his relentless commitment to driving organizational improvement, growth, and making ProFocus an amazing place to work. He is most passionate about delivering on our mission to create exceptional experiences for our clients, candidates, and team members. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Portland State University and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Oregon.
James has a deep passion for non-profit work and giving back to the local community. He serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the SIM Portland Chapter (Society for Information Management). He previously served on the board of directors for a Portland-based domestic violence organization and founded a non-profit recreational sports organization dedicated to offering low-cost flag football leagues in the Portland area.
When not in the office or serving the community, James is usually spotted in Tualatin with his wife and five kids. They love traveling, spending time with friends, and playing sports including flag football, softball, golf, and pickleball.
