Debasish Das is the Director of ProFocus India, based in Bengaluru, where he leads the firm’s India operations supporting Global Talent Services and consulting delivery. He is responsible for building, scaling, and managing high-quality delivery capabilities that align with ProFocus’s global vision and standards. Working in close partnership with U.S. leadership and clients, Debasish ensures seamless global delivery with consistent governance, operational rigor, and outcome-driven accountability.

Debasish brings deep global delivery and consulting experience from leading organizations including HP, Accenture, Tata Insights, and Wipro Limited. His background spans large-scale enterprise environments and complex delivery models, equipping him to drive reliable, scalable, and high-impact solutions across geographies. His leadership plays a critical role in strengthening ProFocus’s global delivery maturity and client outcomes.

Outside of work, Debasish is an active sports enthusiast who regularly plays badminton, table tennis, and cricket, with a strong passion for both cricket and football. He enjoys trekking with friends, reading management and leadership books, and listening to music—interests that reflect his commitment to continuous learning, teamwork, and personal well-being.
