TITLE: Senior SDK Engineer

OVERVIEW:
ProFocus is searching for a Senior SDK Engineer with the following skills:
- 5-10 years developing in C
- Experience with SDL and Window management
- Experience with graphics APIs on several platform
- This is a Senior level role with great compensation and is responsible for driving innovation in the core technology, mentoring other engineers, coding in C and understanding how graphics APIs work and build maintainable code. Please email us your resume so we can discuss.
POSITION DETAILS
- Work with rendering APIs, encoding and decoding libraries, and building optimizations for our core technology across Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Linux, and the Raspberry Pi
- Deploy C code to millions of customers
- Build cutting edge technology in gaming from video rendering to UDP protocols
- Pay attention to our customers and interpret the needs of the broader community
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 – 10 years developing C
- Demonstrated graphics APIs experience on variety of platforms
- Experience with SDL and window management
- Listen, learn and improve our product
- Bonus if you have worked in the video game industry or developed your own game engine
- Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment. We do not sponsor work visas.
PREFERRED
- Experience building lean, modularized, maintainable code
- Mentoring other engineers to create an overall stronger technical environment
- Keen on finding the right, low latency solution
- Previous work experience in remote desktop development
