Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – Java
OVERVIEW:
ProFocus is searching for a collaborative Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – Java for a 6+ month contract to hire or direct hire opportunity in Portland, OR.
- Position entails:
- This role will be responsible for new feature development and maintenance for an existing RESTful web service, associated databases and mobile APIs implemented in Java and for web dashboard front ends using Java Server Faces. This is a start up environment on an exciting and up and coming company/industry.
LOCATION:
- NW Portland, OR
TARGET PAY:
Target pay for the Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – Java is $50-$65+ per hour depending on experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate must have the following experience with:

- 5+ years of Java development experience
- JBoss/Wildfly
- Linux
- RESTful API development
- Public key cryptography
- RDBMS
- JSF
- jQuery
NICE TO HAVE:

- Working knowledge of payment systems
- Agile Development
- PCI/DSS
- Experience in payment card reader interfacing, online banking web development, dashboard development
