TITLE: Sr Scrum Master
LOCATION: Beaverton, Oregon
PAY: Target pay for this role is **between $65 and $75** per hour and varies based on experience.

- 3+ years as a Scrum Master with 5+ years of professional experience
- Ability to understand from business lens and act as a strategic partner in helping squads reorganize
- Scrum certification – ideally, CSM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
