TITLE: Scrum Master
LOCATION: Remote/Hillsboro, OR
PAY: Target pay for this role is $60 per hour and varies based on experience.

Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years technically relevant work experience
- 2-3+ years hands-on Scrum Master/Coach experience in advanced, large-scale agile settings diligently applying Scrum principles, practices and theory
- 5 years professional experience leading or contributing to large projects, including software development and quality teams
- Certified Scrum Master required and experience and/or familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment. We do not sponsor work visas.
