TITLE:  Information Specialist – SCCM, MS Endpoint Configuration Manager, Windows 10

LOCATION:  Portland, OR

PAY: Target pay for this role is between $25 and $40 per hour but may vary based on experience.

 

OVERVIEW:

  • ProFocus is searching for an Information Specialist – SCCM, MS Endpoint Configuration Manager, Windows 10, desktop support –  for a seven-month contract position at a public agency in Portland, OR.
  • This is a Mid-level level IT Support Specialist role with great pay and is responsible for answering support phone calls and emails, ServiceNow support tickets, troubleshooting end user issues, PC deploy and application installations. Please email us your resume so we can discuss.

 

POSITION DETAILS

  • Provides internal IT support to employees – including over the phone and in person support.

    Scope of Work:
  • Provide technical support to our internal customers (over the phone or in person)
  • Troubleshooting windows 10 OS, Various applications, Gmail, google drive/docs, printers, headset, mics
  • Pushing software via SCCM / managing systems via SCCM
  • Managing support tickets to track the issues and work performed.
  • Able to communicate with customers on complex IT issues to ensure they feel supported.
  • Looking for candidates who have done Help Desk or Desktop support
  • Troubleshooting end user issues, troubleshooting peripherals, ServiceNow support tickets, PC deploy and application installations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support with SCCM
  • Understanding of Windows 10 OS
  • Troubleshooting end user issues (Desktops, Laptops, various applications)
  • Troubleshooting peripherals (headset, mics, printers)
  • Awareness of accounts (user and computer) within Windows Active Directory.
  • Looking for candidates who have done Help Desk or Desktop support
  • Awareness of ticketing systems and ticket management.
    Ability to lift 30 – 40 pounds (PCs or laptops and monitors)
  • Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment. We do not sponsor work visas.
