TITLE:  Front-End Engineer – JavaScript frameworks, React, APIs/SPAs

LOCATION: Remote

PAY: Target pay for this role is between $120,000 and $145,000 but may vary based on experience.

OVERVIEW:

  • ProFocus is searching for a Front-End Engineer for a direct hire, remote opportunity.
  • This is an Experienced level position with great compensation and benefits and is responsible for building websites for new clients while contributing to feature enhancements for existing partners. Please email us your resume so we can discuss.

POSITION DETAILS

  • You’ll play a critical role in building websites for world renowned brands.  In this role you will be partnering with the engineering team on new development for several new clients, while contributing to feature enhancements for the existing ones.
  • Utilize your skills in JavaScript frameworks, React and API integration knowledge to deliver well-built software. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in building amazing websites.
  • Strong experience using functional programming techniques.
  • Experience building Single Page Applications (SPAs).
  • Have a high sense of accountability and love big challenges.
  • Have proven experience working and integrating with APIs.
  • Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment. We do not sponsor work visas.

PREFERRED

  • Experience building scalable eCommerce applications
  • Experience working within an automation focused culture-in testing and build/deploy.
  • Have several years of professional experience in building large-scale web applications.
