TITLE: Diversity Program Lead
LOCATION: REMOTE (PST working hours)/Beaverton, Oregon
PAY: Target pay for this role is $55 per hour and varies based on experience.
OVERVIEW:
- ProFocus is searching for a Diversity Program Lead for a W-2 contract with competitive benefits with our client in Hillsboro, Oregon.
- This role will play a critical part on the Global Diversity Team in launching gender identity and policy guidelines for employees.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, ideally
- Strong copyright and editing experience
- Strong background in transitions/change management
- Demonstrated ability to lead a project team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment. We do not sponsor work visas
