TITLE: Data Engineer with ETL, ELT Coding, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), TSQL and Azure
LOCATION: Remote
PAY: Target pay for this role is $45-60 per hour but may vary based on experience.
OVERVIEW:
- ProFocus is searching for a Data Engineer with experience in ETL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) TSQL and Azure for a 6 Month W-2 contract with competitive benefits with our client in Oregon.
POSITION DETAILS
This is a Data Engineer role with great pay and is responsible for working closely with existing staff to:
- The Data Engineer (DE), working with a small team will support existing data pipeline processes (ops role) and assist building new data pipelines related to small and moderate projects.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Technical Skills:
- ETL and ELT coding
- SSIS Integration Package and Project Deployment
- Azure DevOps code and workload management
- T-SQL: Stored Procedures, Functions, Jobs
- SSRS: data source and dataset
- Data preparation experience
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment.
- We do not sponsor work visas.
PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field or demonstrate equivalent experience
Preferred Technical Skills:
- SAS Visual Analytics
- Python
- SSAS Cubes (MDX based)
- Automic/UC4
- Azure DevOps code and workload management
- Oracle PL/SQL
