TITLE: Android Engineer Contractor – Kotlin/Jetpack
LOCATION: Remote (Prefers PST time zone)
PAY: Target pay for this role is $75 – 100 per hour but may vary based on experience.
OVERVIEW:
- ProFocus is searching for an Android Engineer for a 6+ month contract and fully remote role.
- This is a Senior level android engineer with great pay and is responsible for migrating older tooling and frameworks to modern stack. Please email us your resume so we can discuss.
REQUIREMENTS
- 7 + years of experience working as a mobile software engineer
- Minimum of 2+ years developing android applications with Kotlin
- Experienced in working with the Jetpack suite
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment. We do not sponsor work visas.
PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or demonstrate equivalent experience
- Experience working in a small and cross functional environment
- Previous work experience in education is a plus
