Jenny joins ProFocus having specialized in HR and recruiting in Utah for the past several years. As the Talent Planning Lead at ProFocus, Jenny will oversee the internal hiring and diversity efforts, as her talents lie in creating inclusive spaces and building efficient systems and processes. She has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and promoting DEI strategies and multi-year roadmaps that are tied into both the employee experience and the recruiting process!

When she isn’t at the office you can find her working with houseplants, doing hot yoga, or volunteering with a few LGBTQ+ organizations in Utah such as Pride Utah and Project Rainbow!
