Jaron joins the ProFocus team as a Client Solutions Manager where he’s using his skill of building relationships with his clients. He is most excited about helping companies find the talent they need to be successful, while also connecting individuals with the job of their dreams.

He grew up in the beautiful state of Utah! He spends his days outdoors with his wife and two dogs camping, hiking, fishing, and 4-wheeling. When they’re not in their home state, Jaron is exploring his passion for travel and experiencing other cultures, religions, and traditions.
